Resilience, the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties, is a creative process through which you can discover your deepest nature, your own essence which is time and space independent and in changing outer situations finds new forms to express itself.

Your essence is like a special talent or gift, related to a timeless and nearly un-namable aspect of who you are, your mythic self. It is an essence that finds its expression in your present human form, but exists outside of space and time. This means that it manifests throughout your life span in a myriad of ways as times and circumstances change and growth happens, yet it is essential to who you are. It is simply nature, like a star in the universe, and a gift to others from a systems thinking perspective; it completes the intelligence of the whole.

In this workshop, we will demonstrate how Process Work and Deep Democracy methods can be used to find your essence – beyond identity, culture and even human form – and develop detachment from the daily polarizations of our outer world and the mind chatter of our inner worlds. This gives rise to new creative and surprising insights, unpredicted directions and magically emerging energy and happiness due to the experience of rediscovering yourself.

Group Process allows us to experience this not only as an inner work practice but on the stage of the outer world; we can understand our individual natures as a gift and dance, meant to enrich the lives of others.

We will study and practice deep democracy inner work and facilitation methods as well as concepts such as life myth in relation to complexity science, and the interplay between our inner-work, awareness of the multi-dimensional aspects of our experience, and the unfolding of our lives.

Format: We look forward to learn and practice together during this seminar! The 2 days will include inner-work exercises to discover your own essential dance, large group process, and theoretical presentations. We also look forward to experiment further with collaborative learning methods.
