This two-day seminar explores facilitation as the art of making things easier , not necessarily by getting rid of problems, but by learning to approach them as doorways rather than roadblocks. Through Deep Democracy and Processwork, we’ll explore how our inner nature, relationships, tensions, different perspectives, and even difficult or unpopular experiences can become sources of awareness, energy, and movement.
