WHY THE BARE BONES SERIES?
Where is there? What is real? How do we know we are coming alive?
These questions are beyond context – meaning, they are present in personal life, relationships, teams and collectives of all kinds. Bare bones have been used as children’s games and oracles since time immemorial to access the dreaming power surging through the manifest world of experience. In this series, we will practice Processwork and deep democracy awareness skills to get to the bare bones behind individual, collective, structural and systemic currents of information in the moment as one simultaneous ecology. The red thread in this series is a focus on untapped inner powers – innate skills that are readily accessible in anyone, for navigating the ups and downs of personal life, in teams and groups, world events, leadership and organisational contexts.
Processwork is a science, an art and a practice. Experience is the material under investigation. Deep democracy as a mindset welcomes all levels of experience. A puzzling situation or a beautiful moment can become more luminous. Impossible problems beyond our control can surprise us with an incepted moment of elation. Conflicts can be more fruitful. Being together or alone get a new lustre and tomorrow’s visions may show up today!
What will happen in the sessions?
Each session includes a “bare bones” presentation on the topic with Q and A, an inner work, discussion and a practice space for unfolding.
