• “Work With me, not On me” – 2 day seminar at Vidarasen Landsby, Norway

    Vidaråsen Landsby, Andebu , Norway

This seminar is for Camphill leaders, house managers and side-by-side supporters - social and clinical therapists

What does it really take to work with a person in a way that doesn't OVERstand, rather UNDERstands...**. in a way that doesn't WEAKEN personal power and agency, rather FACILITATES access to inner strength and personal power to bring unique potentials, and initiative into every day life and dreams? What does it take to train your awareness to see first the talents and strengths of a person, versus fall into the "I can see what's wrong with you and I can fix you" trap?

    What to Expect
Nugget theoretical frame for each skill
“Fishbowl” practice sessionsInner-work exercises to access internal information from the dreaming world
Small and large group exchanges and deepening. of the individual/collective symmetry
    What You’ll Do
Use yourself as the primary “practice field” as we discover the language of signals - and relieve your client and yourself of pathologising self-criticism
Decipher the social, geopolitical and ecological patterns within a personal situation and reduce the emotional, spiritual and physical load the person carries to compensate for the whole.

    Looking forward to learning together!

  • Leadership + Worldwork workshop in Oslo with Julia Wolfson and Trine-Line Biong

Flux Forllag As Frognerveien 35b,, Oslo, Norway

Worldwork Lab: Leadership in the Heat of Change
Leadership today calls for more than technical skill — it asks for self-awareness, emotional agility, and the ability to stay present under pressure.
Worldwork, developed by Arnold Mindell, offers practical awareness tools to navigate conflict, polarization, and uncertainty. It helps leaders access flow between vision, lived experience, and results — where clarity, vitality, and creativity emerge.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore:
Symmetry: how inner experience mirrors outer dynamics
Rank & privilege: awareness of power in yourself and systems
Conflict phases: matching interventions to the moment
Hotspots & coolspots: moving from stuckness to flow
    Facilitators:
Dr. Julia Wolfson (Australia) – Process Work facilitator and Deep Democracy coach working with leaders and communities worldwide.
Trine-Line Biong (Norway) – facilitator and trainer in dialogue, leadership, and conflict resolution.

    online

A Process Work learning event. We fail, we feel this or that, we pick ourselves up, dust off and grow from it. Nice idea. But for many of us,  those voices in your head remind of what you are not and what should have been, and block learning. These voices are SOOO resilient and stick like super glue. They trap you into only focusing on whats wrong and what you wish you had done, or who is at fault ....But are they hard wired? While the experience can be totally devastating, is there any way out of the failure prison? The playful images here are meant as encouragement to not only suffer, but to access your joy process within the difficulties.

  • Public Open Forum: Coloring outside the line. A hybrid event in Nairobi by DDI Kenya

Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham ARGWINGS KODHEK ROAD, Nairobi, Kenya

In life, we often see people living within what seems like a tightly defined world. Invisible lines mark where we are “supposed” to stand, guiding how we think, act, and dream. We’re told not to color outside those lines when it comes to change. It’s easy to imagine that those with money or influence live freely—but they, too, move within invisible boundaries shaped by expectations.
Look closely, and you’ll notice that life is divided into layers—those with less, those in between, and those with more. These invisible lines don’t just define access to power or opportunity; they also shape how we see ourselves and others.
Yet, here’s the deeper truth: the ground has never truly been level. The goalposts keep shifting. And still—through every shift, your essence endures. You’ve learned, adapted, evolved, not out of weakness but out of strength. There is courage in resilience, and beauty in reinvention. There is nothing wrong with coloring outside the lines when life keeps redrawing them. Now, imagine this: what if we stopped fearing those invisible boundaries and started dancing with them? What if we dreamed so boldly that it scared us—and then brought those dreams to life? Not just for ourselves, but for our families, our communities, and yes—for the world.

It also emphasizes the importance of confidentiality, supervision during coaching, building an honest and mutual coaching relationship, and developing your inner facilitator and coach within the unique context of your own situation.

    Presenter: Dr. Julie Diamond
"Positional power is your license to act, but personal power is your ability to lead.Your personal power is critical to your performance as a leader. Research shows that to become truly effective you need to develop your personal power—a power that is unrelated to outer status, rank, or position. The most effective leaders are those who are guided by a sense of personal power. The Diamond Power Index® (DPI) is a 360º leadership assessment that provides insight into how you and those around you experience your use of power. The DPI helps identify critical opportunities related to how you use power—personal and positional—and provides actionable suggestions for development to lead more effectively, improve team culture, and achieve sustained success for your organization and your career". Julie Diamond

Conflict Resolution, Prevention and Management for Individuals, Teams, Organizations and the Public Space
Arnold Mindell’s Process work, also known as the Deep Democracy paradigm, is to our knowledge the only paradigm that allows the facilitation of conflicts without a prior buy-in from stakeholders. It explains the creation, flow and resolution of conflict in terms stemming from modern physics, psychology, and complex system theory. Its applications range from open forums on public hotspots to vision and strategy development in organizations. A key element of the approach is the focus on inner conflicts which reflect outer tensions, and vice versa.

In this 3 Day workshop, we will demonstrate and practice our conflict resolution methods.
Day 1: Inner Conflicts and Relationships
Day 2: Conflicts in Teams and Organizations
Day 3: Conflicts in the Community and the Public Space

This new work brings "sacred creative spaces” and "nonlocality" to the foreground of reality. New understandings of quantum nonlocality and the Taoist, Lao’s Tse’s not-doing, will help us “commune with nature” and facilitate inner work, relationships, group, and world tensions.
