At Diversity and Relationship: Focus Empathy Conference
Presenters: Drs Amy and Arny Mindell
Around the world, processwork has helped people with inner work and outer diversity tensions and conflicts. We now realize, that working with yourself and others requires 1st basic trainings, cognitive skills, and also a 2nd Training -- or what we understand is a “SACRED-CREATIVE SPACE". We will focus on Processwork’s basic 1st and (updated) 2nd advanced Training. This new work brings "sacred creative spaces” and "nonlocality" to the foreground of reality. New understandings of quantum nonlocality and the Taoist, Lao’s Tse’s not-doing, will help us “commune with nature” and facilitate inner work, relationships, group, and world tensions.

Presenters: Drs Ellen and Max Schupbach
Conflict Resolution, Prevention and Management for Individuals, Teams, Organizations and the Public Space
Arnold Mindell’s Process work, also known as the Deep Democracy paradigm, is to our knowledge the only paradigm that allows the facilitation of conflicts without a prior buy-in from stakeholders. It explains the creation, flow and resolution of conflict in terms stemming from modern physics, psychology, and complex system theory. Its applications range from open forums on public hotspots to vision and strategy development in organizations. A key element of the approach is the focus on inner conflicts which reflect outer tensions, and vice versa.
In this 3 Day workshop, we will demonstrate and practice our conflict resolution methods.

In this workshop, we will demonstrate how Process Work and Deep Democracy methods can be used to find your essence - beyond identity, culture and even human form - and develop detachment from the daily polarizations of our outer world and the mind chatter of our inner worlds. This gives rise to new creative and surprising insights, unpredicted directions and magically emerging energy and happiness due to the experience of rediscovering yourself.

"Positional power is your license to act, but personal power is your ability to lead.Your personal power is critical to your performance as a leader. Research shows that to become truly effective you need to develop your personal power—a power that is unrelated to outer status, rank, or position. The most effective leaders are those who are guided by a sense of personal power. The Diamond Power Index® (DPI) is a 360º leadership assessment that provides insight into how you and those around you experience your use of power. The DPI helps identify critical opportunities related to how you use power—personal and positional—and provides actionable suggestions for development to lead more effectively, improve team culture, and achieve sustained success for your organization and your career". In this dynamic learning hub event we will introduce and play with the Phases map, an exciting new process guide developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell – easy to learn and use straight away. The Phases map is a simple way to be true to yourself and responsive to the people and situations to whom you are in service. Anyone can use it – elders of any age – because we are all essentially human – care partners, elders, family members, support staff, and leaders.

Dear friends,
We are excited to invite you to our first Intensive in a Muslim majority country - and in Egypt, with its historical role in human evolution.
Come and discover together the natural flow of evolution hidden behind polarizations and conflicts. Learn to use your eldership, the ability to hold and facilitate hotspots and co-create natural dialogue spaces by developing a deep understanding of the processes of diverse, often highly polarized parties. Practice using your awareness to notice and frame the natural occurrence of unity present in every system, understand different phases in short- and long-term consensus forming processes, and work with a system in each of these phases.

This weekend is a training for coaches and students focused on working with individual clients. We will demonstrate and practice how to discover and understand hidden information in the presenting issues of our clients, assist them in unfolding the deeper meaning and connect them to the dreaming power in their lives. The traditional depth psychology approach of Freud and Jung draws this information from night dreams only. Mindell’s research allows us to also approach body symptoms, relationship issues and other experiences with the same mindset and skills applied to night dreams, using them to discover “the Process”.

Bare bones have been used as children’s games and oracles since time immemorial to access the dreaming power surging through the manifest world of experience. In this series, we will practice Processwork and deep democracy awareness skills to get to the bare bones behind individual, collective, structural and systemic currents of information in the moment as one simultaneous ecology. The red thread in this series is a focus on untapped inner powers – innate skills that are readily accessible in anyone, for navigating the ups and downs of personal life, in teams and groups, world events, leadership and organisational contexts.

Untamed Ecology
The 2025 Intensive confronts the deepening fault lines of global polarization — manifesting as political fragmentation, regional and continental wars, resource-driven trade battles, escalating climate crises, and the rising specter of unpredictable pandemics.
Around the world, political and interest groups are locked in a battle of narratives, vying for the hearts and minds of everyday people. But our two decades of work bridging the Global North and Global South have revealed something quieter — and more powerful — beneath the noise: a deeper reality where human connection transcends ideology.

A skill-based Process Work facilitation lab for practitioners and learning guides: educators + teachers, supporters, faciliators, therapists, social workers, clinicians etc. What does it take to work with a person in a way that doesn’t OVERstand, rather UNDERstands…in a way that doesn’t WEAKENpersonal power and agency, rather FACILITATES access to inner strength and personal power to bring unique potentials, and initiative into every day life and dreams? What does it take to train your awareness to see first the talents and strengths of a person, versus fall into the “I can see what’s wrong with you and I can fix you” trap?

Facilitators: Daisy Nduku , Julia Wolfson and DDI Kenya coaches. The DDI Kenya Coaching Program and Diploma program is a diverse learning initiative that is open to learners from across East Africa and the wider African region. We bring together a diversity of coaches through culture both from Kenya and around the world to support learners through depth-coaching sessions.
This program creates a space to deepen coaching awareness: how to prepare and choose an issue for coaching, how to sort out an issue to bring forward during a session, and how to know if you are ready for coaching. It also emphasizes the importance of confidentiality, supervision during coaching, building an honest and mutual coaching relationship, and developing your inner facilitator and coach within the unique context of your own situation.

Join us to explore transition capabilities and rediscover the tool kit that has always been with you! Inner tools help us know when it's time to take a bus, an underpass or spread your wings and fly! You can try to borrow someone else’s toolkit, but at some point you may find it is easier, more fun and nourishing to curate your own! Remember how you grew up from a child to an adult. You may not know but you made it! At this seminar, each participant will be able to curate a unique inner tool kit to support your navigate powers:

In life, we often see people living within what seems like a tightly defined world. Invisible lines mark where we are “supposed” to stand, guiding how we think, act, and dream. We’re told not to color outside those lines when it comes to change. It’s easy to imagine that those with money or influence live freely—but they, too, move within invisible boundaries shaped by expectations.
Look closely, and you’ll notice that life is divided into layers—those with less, those in between, and those with more. These invisible lines don’t just define access to power or opportunity; they also shape how we see ourselves and others.
Yet, here’s the deeper truth: the ground has never truly been level. The goalposts keep shifting. And still—through every shift, your essence endures. You’ve learned, adapted, evolved, not out of weakness but out of strength. There is courage in resilience, and beauty in reinvention. There is nothing wrong with coloring outside the lines when life keeps redrawing them. Now, imagine this: what if we stopped fearing those invisible boundaries and started dancing with them? What if we dreamed so boldly that it scared us—and then brought those dreams to life? Not just for ourselves, but for our families, our communities, and yes—for the world.

A Process Work learning event. We fail, we feel this or that, we pick ourselves up, dust off and grow from it. Nice idea. But for many of us, those voices in your head remind of what you are not and what should have been, and block learning. These voices are SOOO resilient and stick like super glue. They trap you into only focusing on whats wrong and what you wish you had done, or who is at fault ....But are they hard wired? While the experience can be totally devastating, is there any way out of the failure prison? The playful images here are meant as encouragement to not only suffer, but to access your joy process within the difficulties.

Worldwork Lab: Leadership in the Heat of Change
Leadership today calls for more than technical skill — it asks for self-awareness, emotional agility, and the ability to stay present under pressure.
Worldwork, developed by Arnold Mindell, offers practical awareness tools to navigate conflict, polarization, and uncertainty. It helps leaders access flow between vision, lived experience, and results — where clarity, vitality, and creativity emerge.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore:
Symmetry: how inner experience mirrors outer dynamics
Rank & privilege: awareness of power in yourself and systems
Conflict phases: matching interventions to the moment
Hotspots & coolspots: moving from stuckness to flow
Facilitators:
Dr. Julia Wolfson (Australia) – Process Work facilitator and Deep Democracy coach working with leaders and communities worldwide.
Trine-Line Biong (Norway) – facilitator and trainer in dialogue, leadership, and conflict resolution.

This seminar is for Camphill leaders, house managers and side-by-side supporters - social and clinical therapists
